1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FindFit ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Account Verification and Truthfulness

FindFit relies on a verified ecosystem. You agree that all information you submit (whether as a candidate or an employer) is truthful, accurate, and reflects your actual experience or business operations. Submitting fraudulent information may result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

3. Employer Access and Usage

Employer accounts are subject to manual approval. FindFit reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any employer at our sole discretion. Credits purchased for candidate unlocks are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Candidate Privacy and Connections

Candidates understand that by submitting their profile for verification, approved employers on the Platform may view their professional data. Contact information is only revealed when an employer explicitly unlocks a profile.

5. Limitation of Liability

FindFit serves as a connection platform. We are not responsible for the outcome of any hiring process, the actions of employers, or the actions of candidates. We provide the tools for connection, but the hiring relationship is strictly between the employer and the candidate.
