How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed?

Why don't I need a resume?

Resumes are outdated and biased. We use a structured, verified profile system that standardizes your experience. This allows our algorithm to match you directly with employer intent, skipping the manual screening phase.

Who can see my profile?

Only verified BC tech employers. Your profile is not indexed on Google and cannot be scraped. Your privacy is our default state.
